This year, the Year 12 Certificate 1 in Construction students completed the cubby house project.  The project is designed to give the students to develop a range of skills essential in the construction industry, through the production of an item that mirrors the construction techniques used in industry. The project has been a challenge for the students, but along with the practical skills learned by them, it also develops essential skills including responsibility, teamwork, communication, and forward planning. The completed Cubby House is very well finished and is a credit to the students who spent a lot of their own time to complete it to this standard.  Congratulations must also be given to the class members who worked to complete this challenging project. The whole project took more than a semester to complete. Pictured below are students Nathan Littel, Dylan Williams and Dean Yinfoo.   Nathan Snow and Josh Capponi were also involved in the  construction of the project, but were not available when the photo was taken.    Joe Brolese -  Construction Teacher
