The Junior and Senior classes have been hard at work for the first three weeks of term displaying outstanding attendance, behaviour and attitudes in the classroom. The swimming and lawn bowls unit have been successful with students learning new skills and experiences and becoming familiar with the importance of safety in and around the water. We believe these lifelong skills are essential for our young people and it has been great to see the value placed on this by the students. The first weekly “Staff Circuit” proved successful on Tuesday which was run by two Certificate III in Fitness students Kobe Martin and Konnah Tokorangi. The students were very professional and enjoyed the experience. The staff had a great time and despite some very sore arms, we will be back to support this great opportunity for the senior class.
