Morning Gym

In morning gym we have started training with a workout of the week (WOW). This week’s was called an AMRAP, it stands for ‘As Many Reps as Possible’.   We did exercises such as Mountain Climbers, Rolling Push Ups and even squat jumps.  The workouts change each week.   Last week we completed a TABATA workout of eight rounds with 20 seconds work and ten seconds rest.  Each time we revisit a workout it becomes progressively harder to challenge us. This is making us work more to push ourselves. We have found it to be an effective way of training.  Come join us Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings in the gym at 7:15.  Just fill in your forms and complete a gym induction.
